We understand the importance of your satisfaction with our products and strive to address any concerns promptly and fairly. Please note that due to the customized nature of our printed apparel, we are unable to accept returns once the printing process has commenced.

However, if any errors occur on our part, rest assured we will take immediate action to remedy the situation. If more than 10 pieces are affected, we will gladly reprint the garments at no additional cost to you. In the rare instance where fewer than 10 pieces are affected, we will refund the price of the individual garment(s) in question.
